How is Hangover IV Treatment Applied?

Hangover” also known as “hangover“The toxic state created by consuming significant amounts of alcohol the night before is a situation that prevents many people from continuing their day properly. Especially when we have an important job, meeting or a situation that requires focus the next day, the toxic effect of high amounts of alcohol consumed the day before causes us to perform below normal.

Hangover occurs as a result of a series of negative effects of alcohol consumption on the body. These are mainly:

1. Dehydration (Loss of Fluid): Alcohol increases water excretion from the body and can therefore lead to dehydration. This can cause hangover symptoms such as headaches and dry mouth.

2. Toxic Effect: Alcohol can turn into toxic byproducts while being metabolized by the liver. These toxins can poison the body and lead to general feeling bad.

3. Irritation of Internal Organs: Alcohol can irritate the stomach and intestines, which can lead to nausea and vomiting.

4. Insomnia: Alcohol can cause insomnia or reduce sleep quality. Insufficient sleep can increase the effects of intoxication.

5. Vitamin and Mineral Deficiencies: Alcohol can cause loss of some important vitamins and minerals from the body, which can lead to fatigue and headaches.

6. Creating Inflammation: Alcohol can increase inflammation (inflammation) in the body, which can lead to overall discomfort and pain.

Hangover symptoms may vary depending on the type of alcohol, the amount consumed, and the person's body structure. The severity of hangover may vary from person to person. Being responsible when consuming alcohol and avoiding excessive consumption will reduce these negative effects.

There are three basic ingredients to recovering from hangover effects:

– Replenishing the fluid your body has lost

– Correcting the vitamin, mineral and electrolyte balance that causes energy loss

– To eliminate the inflammatory effect on the body.
