Akdeniz tipi beslenme ayn\u0131 zamanda ya\u015fl\u0131 pop\u00fclasyonlarda daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck mortalite ve daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131k riskiyle de ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015ftir [2].\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n  Burada \u00f6nemli bir ayr\u0131m yapmak gerekir. Akdeniz diyetinin faydas\u0131 sadece \u201cdaha az ya\u011f yemek\u201d de\u011fildir. Hatta klasik Akdeniz diyeti ya\u011fdan fakir bir diyet de\u011fildir. \u00d6nemli olan&nbsp;ya\u011f\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n  Ben m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca ana ya\u011f kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak kaliteli&nbsp;s\u0131zma zeytinya\u011f\u0131n\u0131&nbsp;tercih ederim.  Bunun nedeni yaln\u0131zca zeytinya\u011f\u0131n\u0131n oleik asit gibi tekli doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asitlerinden zengin olmas\u0131 de\u011fildir. Kaliteli s\u0131zma zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda hidroksitirozol ve benzeri bir\u00e7ok fenolik bile\u015fik i\u00e7erir. PREDIMED verilerinde de daha y\u00fcksek polifenol al\u0131m\u0131 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck inflamatuvar belirte\u00e7lerle ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015ftir [4]. Zeytinya\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, avokado ve ceviz gibi besinlerden al\u0131nacak ya\u011f asitleri de sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan faydal\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n  Bu, di\u011fer b\u00fct\u00fcn bitkisel ya\u011flar\u0131n zararl\u0131 oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelmez. Bilimsel olarak b\u00f6yle bir genelleme yapmak do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Tokluk sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda, kalori a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda kaybetmek istemedi\u011fimiz kas dokusunun korunmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Bu nedenle \u00f6zellikle GLP-1 tedavileri gibi i\u015ftah\u0131 belirgin \u015fekilde azaltan tedavilerde hastan\u0131n sadece \u201caz yemesi\u201d de\u011fil,&nbsp;azalan g\u0131da miktar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde yeterli protein almaya devam etmesi&nbsp;\u00f6nemlidir.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n  Sebzeler ve baklagiller ise lif, mineral, vitamin ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da polifenol sa\u011flar. Kontroll\u00fc insan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda ayn\u0131 besinler t\u00fcketildi\u011fi halde, sebze ve proteinin karbonhidrattan \u00f6nce yenmesinin yemek sonras\u0131 glukoz ve ins\u00fclin y\u00fckseli\u015flerini belirgin \u015fekilde azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir\u00a0[22,23]. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 gen\u00e7 bireylerde yap\u0131lan daha yeni kontroll\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar da \u201csebze \u00f6nce, karbonhidrat en son\u201d yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n benzer \u015fekilde glukoz ve ins\u00fclin yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 daha kontroll\u00fc hale getirebildi\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir\u00a0[24]. \u00d6zellikle prediyabet veya diyabet problem olan ki\u015filerde \u015feker d\u00fczeylerini kontroll\u00fc tutabilmek ad\u0131na bu yakla\u015f\u0131m olduk\u00e7a k\u0131ymetlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n  Bunun birka\u00e7 olas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 vard\u0131r. Sebzelerdeki lif mide bo\u015falmas\u0131n\u0131 ve karbonhidratlar\u0131n sindirim-emilim h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 yava\u015flat\u0131r.
